Huma Zaib is a Ph.D student of the University of Salento in Material, Structure Engineering and Nanotechnology at the Italian Institute of Technology (IIT-Center for Biomolecular Nanotechnologies, Arnesano, LE). She did her Bachelor of Science in Physics from Govt. College for women University, Faisalabad, Pakistan. Later she did Master of Philosophy in Physics from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan, thesis entitled ‘Elemental Analysis of Biological Sample using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy coupled Chemometrics’. Now her study focused on the topic multifunctional neural interfaces with deep-brain regions.
